1. Purpose

This Risk Disclosure supplements our Terms of Service and EULA. It specifically addresses risks related to automated replenishment suggestions and inventory management.

2. Inventory Accuracy

The Platform relies on user-reported scan events to track inventory. Accuracy depends entirely on consistent, correct scanning. Missing or incorrect scans will produce inaccurate inventory counts, consumption velocity calculations, and replenishment suggestions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtus Communications Publishing Group, LLC is not liable for inventory inaccuracies arising from scan data you provide.

The Platform also offers an optional Receipt Scan feature that uses automated image recognition (AI) to read a photo of a receipt and suggest item names and quantities for your inventory. This feature: (a) depends on photo quality, lighting, and legibility — blurry, cropped, or faded receipts may produce incomplete or incorrect results; (b) may misread abbreviations, quantities, or unfamiliar products; (c) is a convenience aid only, and you remain responsible for reviewing and correcting every suggested item before it is added to your inventory. For your privacy, receipt photos are processed in memory to extract this information and are never stored by Virtus Communications Publishing Group, LLC.

3. Consumption Velocity

The Consumption Velocity Engine calculates usage rates based on scan event timing (ΔQuantity / ΔTime). These calculations: (a) assume consistent usage patterns, (b) may not account for seasonal variations, (c) require sufficient data points for accuracy, (d) are estimates only and should not be relied upon as precise predictions.

4. Relay Lists

Relay Lists are generated based on replenishment thresholds and consumption data. They are suggestions only. You are responsible for: (a) verifying list contents before purchasing, (b) adjusting quantities based on your actual needs, (c) checking product availability and pricing at your chosen retailer.

5. Savings Discovery

Savings information comes from permitted advertising sources. Prices and offers: (a) may change without notice, (b) may not be available in your area, (c) may have conditions not fully captured, (d) carry a "Valid as of" timestamp — always verify current pricing before purchasing. Virtus Communications Publishing Group, LLC does not guarantee savings accuracy.

6. Sidecar Transfer

The Sidecar Selection Transfer feature creates retailer-neutral checklists. It does NOT: (a) place orders on your behalf, (b) guarantee product availability, (c) guarantee pricing, (d) interact directly with any retailer system. You are responsible for completing any purchases manually.

7. Health and Controlled Items

The Platform may track health-related or controlled items in your inventory. The Platform provides NO medical, pharmaceutical, or health advice. Controlled substances and items requiring PHI routing are excluded from all automated features. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.

8. Financial Risk

Any purchasing decisions made based on Platform data are made at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtus Communications Publishing Group, LLC is not liable for: (a) overpurchasing, (b) purchasing incorrect items, (c) price discrepancies, or (d) retailer disputes.

9. Limits of This Disclosure

Nothing in this Risk Disclosure excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or willful misconduct. This Risk Disclosure is subject to the limitations of liability and other terms of the Terms of Service and EULA, which control in the event of any conflict.
